Chicken Lollipops With Rikki Gourmet Miso Vinaigrette Dip
Make Lollipop Chicken (from Allrecipes.com).
Makes 5 servings
INGREDIENTS
* 10 chicken wings
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
* 1 drop of red food coloring
* 1 teaspoon of boiled vinegar
* 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
* 1 teaspoon finely chopped pepper green chile
* 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
PARTS
- TO MARINADE: Mix soy sauce, red chili powder, food coloring, vinegar, garlic and green chiles a >. Mix well.
- In each chicken wing, push the meat up to the top. Marine wings are at least 1/2 hour.

* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon lime juice
* 1 tablespoon of coriander
* 1 small-eyes chilli, finely chopped
* 10 rice paper rolls
* 1 small mango, peeled and thinly sliced
* 50g rocket leavesDIRECTIONS

* 1/2 cup of water

* 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil

- Make a special sauce by dissolving sugar in water in a bowl.

- Add the chicken, garlic, onions, water chestnuts and mushrooms to the pot.
- Add the frysile sauce to the pan and saute the mixture for two minutes, then add the lettuce “cups”.
- Top with “Special Sauce”.
