Chicken Lollipops With Rikki Gourmet Miso Vinaigrette Dip

Make Lollipop Chicken (from Allrecipes.com).
Makes 5 servings

INGREDIENTS

chicken wings
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
* 1 drop of red food coloring
* 1 teaspoon of boiled vinegar
* 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
* 1 teaspoon finely chopped pepper green chile
* 4 tablespoons of cornstarch

      INGREDIENTS
      * 500g chicken, minced
      * 2 spring onions finely chopped
      * 1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
      * 2 tablespoons chili sauce
      crunchy peanut butter
      * 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

      DIRECTIONS

      1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
      2. Colvo bites the balls in size.

      coconut milk

      DIRECTIONS

      1. Combine all ingredients in a pan over low heat and stir until smooth and heated through. Remove from heat.
      2. Serve with chicken or beef skewers or as a dipping sauce.
