Target Online Photo Center

What do you say to me? I am most disappointed in the Target Photo Center Online. I have said it there, now I will tell you why.

The story is quite simple. Again one of my hids needs a few pictures printed from my digital camera for a school project. the following day. While in the Wausau area we have several choices available to us to upload our digital images one hour stamps, Wal-Mart, located in Coast Mountain and quite far away, not to mention always busy. Walgreens, which was my preferred choice, but for some unknown reason required 4 hours to deploy closes or target, which I have never used before, but showing only 1 cent more and 1 hour to deploy.

It was 4:30 on a Sunday so I opted for the Online Photo Center option. I set up a new account, you uploaded my photos. So I began the process of choosing my tracks and arranging the quantities required for my son. Order completed, email confirmation received, approximate time until tracking is one hour. A courtesy email will be sent when the tracking is complete. Great, time to dress up and watch a little more NFL.

65 minutes later, no e-mail. Although it is Sunday evening, I will give this a little longer.

90 minutes passed and nothing from Target. So when I needed a lunch box with pictures, I printed out my email address and went the seven miles into town.

First stop Target. After standing in a long line for 5 minutes I was able to request my photos. After several minutes of searching in my drawers under last name I can’t find my package with the keys. After several more moments of searching for my name, they didn’t even find a trace of my first name. So the standard questions are: “How long did it take you to put them on? We should have received them right away in about two hours. Are you sure you did it right?” The last question really got my blood pressure down. I worked with the internet because they were 14.4 modern and some 17 year olds, a kid with a pimple on his face He asks me decently, if I have done right?

I have an order confirmation number in the email I received from Target Photo Center Online, but it’s on the front. I’ll be right back. So after walking to the first signs, I returned to the Target Online Photo Center to retrieve the recognition against the photo. More confused looks and total confusion. In fact, I must have placed my tables correctly and ordered them correctly. That’s what the paper says right there.

Sorry sir, they are still not showing in the system and we cannot retrieve them manually if they are not on our site.

So now what, I know, I run back home just seven miles and return, this is the time. Walgreens. I called 15 minutes later and the photo tech said they were processing it and it would take about 5 minutes. Great, I went back to town and reached the Walgreens.

So what ever happens to my “Phantom Order” placed with the Target Online Photo Center? Well, one hour turned to twenty hours and my duplicate tracks were completed the next day. I was out of town and unable to pick up my order. I’m pretty sure I’ll have some great words for their Photo Manager.
