Bluefish are an aggressive species that is favored by English sportsmen in the Atlantic Ocean. Small fish are esteemed edible by some, and equally despised by others as table food. There may be some truth in the fact that bluefish prefer to be taken from colder northern waters than those that suggest southern waters.
Be that as it may, I have always found a sweet blue fish if caught in a small quantity (not over 5 pounds), such as sweet blue snapper and white it almost surpasses the red and the gray flesh of the greater capella blue. Bluefish are one of the most exciting game fish to get involved in on light tackle, and will make you a great dinner if you cook it right.
