The Constitution Party: Neither Liberal or Conservative

The Constitution Party, one of the three largest parties in the United States of America (the Libertarian Party and the Green Party in the United States of America are the other two), was first founded under the name of the Taxpayers Party of America in 1992 when a coalition of independent parties united. The US Taxpayers Party’s court reinstated the federal government by strictly adhering to the United States Constitution fundamental principles laid down by the Founding Fathers of the United States in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights (Amendments 1 to 10 of the United States Constitution). According to the official Party constitution, the name of this political party was changed to their name, in 1999 as “the national convention of 1999” better reflect the party’s core beliefs as set out in the US Constitution.” He retained the primary platform.

What this party suggests is not new. Those who took part in the Constitutional-Convention (in May 1787) strictly adhered to what the Founding Fathers of the United States had agreed upon and the author Contents of the Constitution United-states-postal-service”>The Constitution was not agreed upon by the Founding Fathers immediately because it took hours. great deliberation as well as voting on the topic of each section before the body of the Constitution of the United States of America plus Amendments 1 to 10 (The Bill of Rights) were agreed upon, and even then the process was long It was celebrated on the exact day the United States of America was founded.

This political party in its website under the FAQ claims it is neither liberal nor conservative because it is “constitutional” and in “limited support of the government outlined in the Constitution”. According to the Wikipedia site, the Constitution Party is “paleoconservative” meaning that it is anti-communist, anti-imperialist, and pro-wing Political Philosophy which emphasizes tradition, civil society, and religion that intertwine with regional, national, and Western identity. When I read this third party very long platform I found the term “paleoconservative” very appropriate as a descriptive term. Their platform includes a complete opposition to abortion, military capture, social security, welfare and federal taxes. For they have “In God We Trust” on the American dollar, a speech on public schools, and the Remaining Pledge of Allegiance as stated it is. They feel that any of these changes go against the basic principles listed in the Declaration of Independence (Charter of the United States) and in must remain in place.

This third party is a Christian political party. The preamble to the Constitution Party platform begins with “The Constitution Party gratefully acknowledges the blessing of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as the Creator, Preserver and Ruler of the universe and of these United States. We beseech Him for the mercy, help, comfort, guidance and protection of His Providence as we work. Has United States.” It continues “This great nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians;

The constitution of the pages is very informative because under “Historical Documents” they have documents and speeches written by Patrick Henry, Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson , George Washington, James Madison, and George Mason (all Founding Fathers of the United States) as well as the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and the United States Constitution. I used to read all these documents.

The Constitution Party has sole ballot access for national, state, county, and local elections in 16 states with ballots pending in Wyoming, Arizona, North Carolina and Texas where the petition process began. This is important for the fact that already in 16 states the elections of the third party candidates of national, state, county and local on the ballots (they do not have voters to write for them).

Unlike the Libertarian Party and the Green Party of the United States of America which has its national headquarters in Washington D.C., The. The party has a national headquarters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In 2000, the Constitution Party gained recognition as a national party. The Party Constitution has the official party colors red, white and blue. Today’s party mascot is a blue and white bald eagle.

According to the Constitution Party of Utah website (a Constitution Party official directed me to this page to learn more about why this party is different from others) their party’s candidates do not withdraw from the party’s board because the Constitution Party holds it. their candidates “chosen to render account of their honors to the court.” They claim that this is the major difference between the Constitution Party and other American political parties. Another difference is that this third party is written in the Constitution Party of Utah, which I found significant was “The Constitution Party has not taken, and has never taken, money from paying taxpayers to support its activities, believing that the activity cannot be violated.” They mainly rely on donations from write-in voters of the Constitution Party.

This third Party is conservative in comparison to the larger Libertarian Party and the smaller Green Party of the United States. The Constitution Party is not affiliated with any global political party or worldwide agenda. It is strictly an American political party with a right-wing American ideology. This political party, like other third parties, takes away registered voters from the two major political parties (Democratic and Republican Party). Candidates receive votes in national, state, county, and local elections. They won some county and local elections where they got access to the ballot. Third parties can become one of the two main parts of the American political party system. There are no laws and no statutes to prevent this kind of revolution in the two political systems. There is nothing in the United States Constitution that prohibits a third party from achieving majority status, which means that if the Constitution Party is recognized and replaced by a majority of the United States that would be constitutional. It would be a very sad day for either the Democratic Party or the Republican Party if this ever happened. This is a serious blow to both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, especially now considering the three major third parties in the state and the American voters giving an alternative to the two major political parties.
