The Constitution Party, one of the three largest parties in the United States of America (the Libertarian Party and the Green Party in the United States of America are the other two), was first founded under the name of the Taxpayers Party of America in 1992 when a coalition of independent parties united. The US Taxpayers Party’s court reinstated the federal government by strictly adhering to the United States Constitution fundamental principles laid down by the Founding Fathers of the United States in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights (Amendments 1 to 10 of the United States Constitution). According to the official Party constitution, the name of this political party was changed to their name, in 1999 as “the national convention of 1999” better reflect the party’s core beliefs as set out in the US Constitution.” He retained the primary platform.

Their platform includes a complete opposition to abortion, military capture, social security, welfare and federal taxes. For they have “In God We Trust” on the American dollar, a speech on public schools, and the Remaining Pledge of Allegiance as stated it is. They feel that any of these changes go against the basic principles listed in the Declaration of Independence (Charter of the United States) and in must remain in place.
This third party is a Christian political party. The preamble to the Constitution Party platform begins with “The Constitution Party gratefully acknowledges the blessing of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as the Creator, Preserver and Ruler of the universe and of these United States. This political party, like other third parties, takes away registered voters from the two major political parties (Democratic and Republican Party). Candidates receive votes in national, state, county, and local elections. They won some county and local elections where they got access to the ballot. Third parties can become one of the two main parts of the American political party system. There are no laws and no statutes to prevent this kind of revolution in the two political systems. There is nothing in the United States Constitution that prohibits a third party from achieving majority status, which means that if the Constitution Party is recognized and replaced by a majority of the United States that would be constitutional. It would be a very sad day for either the Democratic Party or the Republican Party if this ever happened. This is a serious blow to both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, especially now considering the three major third parties in the state and the American voters giving an alternative to the two major political parties.
