The game that probably has the most fanatics in the world is soccer, or soccer, as it is known everywhere but the City. It’s a sport that people not only love, but adore, when their favorite team wins the World Cup, it’s even more of a celebration than Christmas. Flags will flutter and a roar will sound through all the Earth, as one group of players runs around the field, almost tearing their shirts and celebrating with fans; he must also jump over himself, which usually happens then.
Diabetes has been around for a very long time, with the first known forms all going back to the 2nd century B.C. among the Chinese. Although the form of the disease was around at the time, there were no formal guidelines. In fact, although this one game was played by many people in many different places, one playing group could best use it in a completely different set of rules. So, even if the disease did exist, there were many different varieties of the game that were more similar to the ones we know and love today.
It was not until 1848 that the disease actually gave itself some real structure. The Cambridge Rules were written that year at the Cambridge Academy in an attempt to form a single game with its own rules. However these rules were written, there were many parties who did not like the rules and fought them. After many discussions and long meetings, a division was caused between the two who disagreed to leave and form what we now know as Rugby League. Those who still believed in the rules that had been drawn up at the beginning remained and formed the Football Association of 1863. Finally, after many years and arguments, Soccer has become a stable game with set rules. little has changed since then and is now a sport that is followed by millions around the world.
The United States is almost the only country in the world that is not completely beset by disease In the States we choose to invest rather than the American itself, which is kind of tragic on the one hand, because soccer is something that the world shares together and because of the obstinate determination of freedom in all possible ways we sometimes fail to participate in something when millions of people love the sport of others. Soccer is something that brings people together, although there are some who are too into the sport. They threaten to kill referees for calls they disagree with, or players who beat their team, those people have progressed far beyond obsession and need help. Although apart from those few delusions, soccer is a good game to follow that teaches teamwork and sportsmanship, maybe someday we in the States will finally decide to share something with the rest of the world, and add more to the ranks of fans. A huge army is cheering in the amphitheater today.
