Toning arms without Gym Equipment Exercise 1. Arm circles

Standing straight, or sitting without a back in a chair, if you must sit, extend both arms to your sides. Also, spread the hands, palms. Begin by making small circles in a clockwise motion. Keep your arms strong and firm. Do as many as you can in one direction, backwards and counterclockwise.
Immediately you feel these things, and your arms get tired. Do this between one and three days.

This exercise can be done with a small cantaloupe (or a medicine ball). On a bench, or on a towel or mat on the floor. Bend your knees and place your feet on the floor. Hold a fruit or ball slightly above your chest with both hands. Throw an object in the air to raise your arms. Take the matter and repeat.
