It is quality, but has managed to make it’s way in the beauty industry by creating some of the best subsidiaries in the world today. Is it really impossible to not trust a product of their’s? Yes, but one thing can be said about the Double Wear Stay-In-Place Gel Eyeliner, it can be trusted. I love this gel eyeliner in “black” (which is an intense black), however; I also like this gel liner in “midnight” (which is a deep, yet dark navy). The colors are really variable yet adaptable and can be worn during the day or night.
