According to the “story” of Cabbage Kids Patch, the cabbage patch was discovered by a child. by the name of Xavier Roberts. The crop was sprinkled by “Bunnybees” with magical crystals, which suddenly turned the heads of the stems that opened inside to produce children. This discovery led to the creation of the “Babyland General Hospital”, where children are given a home and wait for someone to adopt them.
The actual story of the creation of Crambeas Patch Kids is obviously slightly different. The founder of these kids was a man named Xavier Roberts who, at the age of 21, started a type of carving machine, which was a sharp needle crown. After the year 1977, he came up with the idea of creating an adoptable doll of the little children’s creations and registered under the name “Little People.” Each little people They were made by hand and Xavier began exhibiting them at arts and crafts where people generously pay $40.00 as an “adoption fee”. In 1982, the Little People retreated and began using vinyl records, thus the Cabbage Patch Kids were born! By the end of 1982, nearly 3 million dollars had been “adopted,” but demand for them continued to grow. This boom in sales and demand earned the doll a spot in the record books as the most successful doll ever introduced. Over the years, Kids Coanga Patch has ventured into various markets and events. They also became mascots of the US Olympic 1992 and 1996 teams and traveled to Barcelona and Atlanta with the athletes.
Their efforts did not slow down and today, Cabbage Patch Kids are one of the most sought after dollars on the market. The trick that the children of the 80’s and 90’s grew up with pride is now being passed on to the next generation.
