It is generally best for wild baby rabbits to stay safe in the nest. Sometimes circumstances force us to become surrogate mothers to wild babies, as happened to me when the lawyer went over the rabbit’s nest. I am happy to report that all seven baby rabbits I rescued and returned to the wild after only a week of care.
