#1: The Ritz-Carlton Spa at Grand Lake
One of the best places to enjoy running life, this spa destination is a place to enjoy a relaxing break through theme parks treat yourself to the best treatments in town. I recommend arriving at the resort at least two or three hours before your treatment so you can relax by the private pool, enjoy a healthy lunch at Vitale Spa Cafe, and spend some time in the hot tub and sauna before your service. Spa guests all have access to their fitness center, pool and day spa treatment.

#2: The Spa at the Peabody Hotel
I tried the Spa at The Peabody Hotel shortly after the property’s $450 million expansion. The 22,000-square-foot space is one of the property’s newest additions, with spacious yoga studios, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a gourmet restaurant . Treat yourself to a full day with a game of facials or hanging treatments, or shape up for the season with the “Peabody Shaper”, an anti-aging treatment -cellulite that can tone and shape your body.

Another Orlando spa that recently underwent renovation, Relache Spa offers luxurious treatments including Ayurvedic services, body wraps and customized facials. Most services have a tropical or oriental theme. Choose from Ritual Lemongrass massage, Islamorada Glouce body treatment or your Skin Relief body therapy after some time consumed by the pond. #4: Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
This resort is a Disney-hotels”>Disney-hotels adults-only luxury destination that is also a popular choice for Disney weddings and other celebrations. The Spa is located right next to the Septem Maria Lagoon and the Magic Kingdom walk to the spa, which is in its own building. If you’re looking for Asian-inspired services and a more exotic private spa, head to Mandara Spa near Universal Studios.
