The bottle is designed to be easy to use. Just remove the cover and wash. You can run water through the straw on both sides. This is important to do because the seeds can definitely boil and make you sick if you don’t wash your bottle. Well, I admit it. My favorite thing is about the Rubbermaid 20-oz water bottle design. It’s shiny and has these cute little circles to show the milliliter and ounce amounts. A retro-1950s Jetsons feel. The bottles come in clear and opaque, but I prefer clear because I like to see what I’m drinking.
