The 3-Day Fat Flush Diet

Before you start: This diet is very strict – no calorie counting, and no choice as to how much you can eat. they eat Also, this diet contains a lot of meat, so, unfortunately, this is not really the best vegetarian choice. Forgive me!

This diet is called “three days” for a reason – you can only stay in it for three days, otherwise there may be some health risk.
