When my friend bought me a flexi I thanked her graciously and wondered what on earth she thought my bull lake would do with it and now I can’t live without it; The Flexi Dog Leash is made in Germany of hard plastic and thick nylon cord that stretches 16 feet (5 meters).
I put the useless gadget in the closet, and soon forgot about it, thinking that it would be useful in case.
In addition to convincing myself that anything from anyone other than my heavy chain bull would be odd, I also felt that the dog’s license was bent on senior citizens, or rather inert people!

I couldn’t afford another one, but that’s when I remembered the dog leash I had placed in the closet months before just such an occasion.
Now five months later I am completely and utterly converted. What could have happened to change my thinking so drastically?
Not that it was made in Germany, even though the Germans have a great reputation for quality, BMWs come to mind. Not that the hard wearing case is made of German plastic, because I have an aversion to all things plastic, and the very thought of plastic is a total turn off, especially when we think about durability.
While I can’t say it’s chew proof because for some reason my dog didn’t try to eat it. I can say more about it, that I never want to get used to it, unless it is taken away from me.
First of all, my dog is very muscular and strong, and not very trained, yet he survived his course for almost half a year, until the whole rope was stretched, and yet he never broke – WOW. I would believe – if I did not know.
The second thing is, I quickly roll it in if the traffic comes and it comes to know the sound and it knows when I release the lock button and the anticipatory roll stops in it.
The third thing is that I absolutely fell in love with how much I wanted to be with my dog and I want her to be able to run, so I hold the Flexi over my head and she runs round and round until she is out on her own.
The last and dearest feature about Flexos that I found during these winter months was this: I don’t have a garden and when it’s been 40 below, I just don’t always go to I walk the dog, so I bent around the door handle and walked her. She couldn’t go a foot farther, but she was ready to come back.
So now I can honestly say that if you want to borrow my Flexi, you will have to fight for it. I simply can’t get over the fact that this little contraption is so strong that even my girl is yanking at the ends of her rope. still maintains a strong speed.
