Make a Hot Toddy, boil hot water and pour the tea bag. Let this sit for a while, add your rum, spices, and honey. Reheat if not hot enough. Sip slowly to feel good in throat and body.

Tip: I often make a big batch of Hot Toddy (minus the Rum), so I don’t have to do it all day. Then when you are ready to have a cup, add a little run or whiskey. You’ll have the perfect Hot Toddy every time.
