As a mother of 4 I learned how to maintain my weight and lose all the weight without exercising, and yet I can eat all the foods I want! It’s amazing, it’s so simple. If you too are trying to lose or learn how to maintain your weight without stopping your loved ones’ food or exercise, read on!

I have not struggled with weight for most of my life. After I have children and found an older one I need to figure out how to lose a few pounds; in the least, how can you bear my weight. I wasn’t sure how or where to start so I decided to figure it out and teach everyone else how to do it!

It turns out that they all say the truth: to lose weight, all you need to do is make sure that you do not take in excess calories every day. That is! It almost feels like a trick. All my life is not to be simple, but it is. When you consume more calories than your body uses, you will gain weight So to start the weight loss/maintenance story you need to do a few simple things.

The first thing you need to do is figure out how many calories you should be consuming per day. How many calories you can have in a day depends on a few things unique to you and your lifestyle. It sounds like a scary intake trying to figure out your calorie intake, however I found this site (http://www. freedieting. com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm) that does it for you! You just enter your age, gender, weight, height, and how much you currently exercise (you can start with no minimum exercise).

The calculator then tells you how many calories a day you are allowed to have your current weight, gradually lose. lose weight and achieve extreme fat loss. Then you start to see the calories in everything you eat. With me this is all the difference. I avoid quick-food, as some of my daily meals give me more in a sitting. Simple things can also be exchanged like free sour cream regular sour cream and a glass of regular butter vs. butter Things like that make a big difference! Calories add up very quickly without us noticing.

I can maintain my weight on 1750 calories a day. I use all those calories wisely and try to concentrate less! I just learned to stop buying food I know I’m going to try. I also learned that snacks/meals have a large portion size for calories.

Remember when you burn calories, the more muscle you have, the easier it is for your body. burn fat so there is plenty of reason to work out (you can eat more or lose weight faster/easier and tone yourself up).

You can still eat a cup, desserts, pop- and not exercise you just need to do it in moderation and pay attention to how many calories in comparison to how many Your body burns calories.
