A boom. I will avenge the twelve with a vengeance. Acne covering the chin, nose and forehead. It was Creeper: Painful, cystic precursors that love living beneath the surface. You can’t see them. But you feel them coming. I like the cheeks a lot (We really need a bigger screen with a stick…) Then what I like to call Thespians: The pupula show stopper. Looking your lovers in the face they love and sing: “Don’t make eye contact with her – Look at me!” … The monster that always was, horrible, most despicable and horrible. This is the post-apocalyptic stuff that has been popular. Flaky mana sticks to skin like a pill tick, sucking the confidence out of your day.
I thought they would do all this early. Unfortunately there was no trigger. It’s been four months since I decided to clear my skin for good. At that time I found my acne hormonal imbalance was getting worse through bad eating habits, poor health care and wrong products.
Change your screen
Stop eating dairy products. That is. It comes from animals using dairy products to nourish their offspring. What causes growth? Hormones! And if you throw unnecessary hormones into your system, the scales are tipped with imbalance. I switched to almond milk and cut out the cheese (OK, I have cheese). But, I cut back on my dairy intake by about 95% and the Creepers haven’t gone away in 3 months.
Clean your face clothes
I’m not talking about Gaga’s horrible wardrobe. I’m talking about your pillows, washcloths, bandages, pullovers, and blankets (especially if you wrap yourself in a burrito like I do). If you don’t wash the items that come into contact with your skin as often as you do, you’re telling your skin it’s transferring all the bacteria and dead cells to your pores.
Speaking of wash – Hand wash. Many. I rest my chin on my palm when I work. All I have to do is transfer the dirty stuff, that day we got right to my biggest problem area. Try to refrain (as much as you can consciously) from touching your face. And while you’re at it, recycle your phone and cell phone weekly since they share a lot with your skin too your
Start using these, soon
I recommend talking to a dermatologist or your doctor before you start taking any vitamin supplements. But these products have only done wonders for me.
1. Dermalogica: The best brand, in my opinion, of acne treatment. I love their Start vs. Clean. My favorite is their pore-cleansing scrub. I do this every day – in the morning, in the evening and before I work out. 2.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar: This is the raw kind, without stopping (with floaties in it). I prefer the Bragg brand. You can find it at Whole Foods or other natural stores. Clean one of your spray bottles really well – it can even be an old puddle of hairspray. Fill 1/4 with water and 3/4 with vinegar. Do it well before everyone uses it. Press on a cotton ball and dab on your problem areas. air drying. It smells so horrible, but you’ll see within a week, your skin will be brighter and more even. This pH balances the skin scales pH. It’s awesome and only about $5 a bottle. This will definitely last you a year.
3. Primrose Oil Gel Caps: buy this off eBay. Just check the customer reviews before you go shopping. Great luck for me, though. The bottle says to take 3 capsules per day, but I took 1 a day with my other vitamins in the morning and still saw results. No one hit my face harder. And the best good, ladies? My PMS symptoms have decreased dramatically. This stuff really helped balance me out. And my husband doesn’t have to worry about me one week out of the month.
One Last Random Design:
Wash your face with hot water. Lather the clean real well. Wash with the coldest water you can stand. This technique seriously shrinks your pores!
Different things work for different people. I would love to hear your band!
