Avon is a 125-year-old Fortune 500 company with a long history of doing things right. Started in 1886 by David H McConnell, Avon has grown from a book offering ladies a bowl of perfume if they bought a book to a ten billion dollar company offering beauty, fashion, gifts, kids, and fragrance. As any messenger will quickly tell you, Avon isn’t your grandma anymore!
The price of the connection Avonia
If you are looking to make money in a direct sales company, Avon is well known. It costs less than $20 to join Avenue and you get everything you need for the first two payments. Your startup appointment kit includes the booklet telling you about Avon and how to start. You also receive ten brochures for the current campaign and ten for the next campaign. Also included are demo books, though these are also online. You will also receive a towel bag, with a box of samples. If you join the online nomination kit, it will be mailed to you within a few days. If you connect face to face with a representative guide, you will be given a kit at the meeting. You will be told how to access your site and how to start taking online classes setting up orders and so on.
What Avonia is waiting for you to do
1. You are required to set up any order during the campaign. You are given the first campaign due the day after you sign up. Then every two weeks you schedule the same day of the week, unless it falls on a holiday. The date the order is due is shown on your website.
2. You are obliged to pay your order in due time. In some cases you may be required to pay your order in advance or a deposit before the order is processed. Your credit limit is shown on your first short payment page. If you follow the rules, your credit limit will be reviewed every six weeks and adjusted as needed.
3. Necessary purchase brochures to show to your customers. Each pamphlet is good for warfare and in certain cases; The essay can be used for three campaigns. With approximately 179 pages per campaign, Avon has one of the largest sales catalogs in the world.

What to expect from Avon
1. You will earn up to 40% commission on the first four sales of the campaign. Or up to 50% if above a certain level of sales;

3. You can buy specially reduced bundles of valuable products that you can immediately sell to your family and friends to make extra $$ $
4. There are always incentives to earn rewards: Since 1 Jan. this year, I won a TV, shirt, bag, wallet, body and bath products, door prizes and more. A rep just won a coach at a regional conference. $5,000 and iPads are part of the current incentive.
5. You will have online training; FREE sales meetings with door prizes &etc; Free seminars, lunches, more… Plus some FREE sales and training tools.
6. The manager in some countries allows you to earn “crazy money” to spend in special auctions. the mayor of the district is dressed to remove the demos and other special rewards ‘” These are great fun. Note: Money is crazy to play money you earn for club drives, attending meetings, having a birthday, or just an excuse to DSM. I’ll use you to earn M/M.
7. You can join leadership to recruit and train new leaders and earn more!
8. You can have your site ‘hosted and maintained by Avon’ sell to your family and friends from out of town or out of town.
9. Everything is done online: place orders, pay orders, process returns, train, etc.
10. You will also be eligible to purchase group insurance, mutual funds, savings accounts, phone service, &etc.
11. You can sell in many ways. Start selling to your family, friends and/or co-workers. In fact, he needs an ex. Do you like partying? Then make party plan sales. Business is primarily conducted person-to-person with their 6.2 million representatives. Join Fortune 120, which has over one million representatives in the United States. with five million reps worldwide. Avon is present in hundreds of countries including England, France, Spain, Mexico and Japan.
Listen carefully to what your sponsor has to say
Before you raise a sign, make sure you understand what you are being told. You may want to talk to other “active” representatives about their business. Never talk to an in-coming agent unless they have retired after years of service. Know that with all direct selling companies, YOU are the one in charge of your business. If the money is for you. If you fail in your business, it is again because of what you wanted to do.
You must be a self-starter
Avon allows you to set your own work schedule. They do not require you to attend conferences or purchase a certain number of products. However, if you want to earn money e, it is useful to attend your interviews and learn from them. the rest do what works. Buying demos helps, but again it’s up to you. Buy real silver silver or gold’ “and flash, flash, flash . What I show, I sell. It’s just as simple. But I never buy what I don’t want or can’t use for myself or sell later.
One piece of advice I can give you from personal experience is to never sign under a district attorney. They usually have four hundred or more representatives that they are responsible for, plus they have to crunch the numbers to keep the money for their office. You want someone to take you by the hand and show you how. AVon will work for YOU, and help you every step of the way. So before you ask for a sign on the dotted line, the only way to get out is to get off the beaten path for at least six months, but then you have lost your clients… unless you become an assistant in the rep whose team you want to join.
Principality
If you want to get into recruiting and training, Avon is the best in award-winning reps. All representations must sell an Avon product, but the amount is minimal compared to other companies. You’ll earn representative leads from recruiting, training, and downline sales. But you can’t make money without the help of your team members to make money. It just doesn’t work there. If you “sponsor” someone in the business, you are responsible for teaching them, encouraging them, and generally making sure that they are in the business.
If you have become a Unit Leader with more than five representatives at your first level, then you are eligible for an online sign up website. Having team members living in all parts of the country, it is essential that your team members are multitasking. I train my team in person with face-to-face meetings when possible, as well as via phone, text, email , Facebook; whatever just works. So you can use whatever works for you! Whichever method you choose, just remember to keep in touch for at least a week.
If you become a Unite Leader with Leader Unite at your first level, then you are eligible to receive leads from people who have asked or submitted an online request. These leads to the next eligible leader in the rep rotation. The District Manager gets the first five leads, then the Advanced Unit Leaders get two, then the Unit Leaders get one each. Then the cycle begins above. Don’t put in a lead request if you want someone to sign up as you don’t know who your list will be.
If you’re not serious about joining Avon, don’t submit a lead proposal. If you do, answer the phone or email and talk to a leadership representative. We really don’t have time to deal with joking!
Requirements to join Avon
To join Avon you must be over 18 years old, have a driver’s license or picture ID with your current address, Security You must have a social card and an active email address. You must have either a credit card or excellent credit. A credit card is required for online signups.
My Avonia Team
As of May 2011, I have been at Avon for six years. They usually sell at the Honor Society level (for $20,000 per year) and reach the leadership level. Leader of the Advanced Unit with more than sixty five representatives in my team. My team members range in age from eighteen to seventy-five and range from high school to college graduates.
