Who doesn’t love a great smelling home? I struggled with finding the right product to bring the sweetest scent to my home. scented candles, plug ins and spray style fresh air, and even some scented gels. But recently I found the perfect way to give myself the freshness I crave, with the Essence House Fragrance Reed Diffusers.
Description
This set of two diffusers was purchased at Costco for only $20, and is packaged very neatly in a black box with a handle. The set contains two scented perfumes, Fireside Vanilla and Simmering. Although the store had two available so that I could smell them, the front of each box has a round wound and smelling sticker, which is surprisingly close to the actual scent of each oil.
The glass bottles are super attractive, and what I would call a modern look, with a small hourglass shape, in a square bottle. They measure 6 3/4″ tall, and the wooden hat measures 2″ of that. Screw the wooden cap to remove the plastic plug to reveal it, and once the cap fits tightly again, you can add up to 12 rods through the top hole. The flask holds 6.15 ounces of fluid.
The box reads “Enjoy the natural freshness and ambiance of our Essence Reed Diffusers. These luxurious scents will lift the spirits of any room.” Essenza Reed Diffusers are easy to diffuse a continuous scent.” Essenza makes reed diffusers in a variety of shaped bottles and scented perfumes.
My Experience
I love this home fragrance kit! I didn’t know what to expect, so I placed half (6) of the pen in the dispenser, and they stick 8 1/2″ past the top of the cap. The bottom of the box states the scent of will. within 24-36 hours is easy.
We started to notice the smell after two hours, and the smell of Fireside is much stronger than Vanilla Simmering, so I had to remove two sticks from the Fireside and place them in a large rarfreezer bag and store with the rest of the unused cane. Four reeds are about the right weight for us to use, and when the smell seems to be less strong, I turn the reeds over and expose the other end to the saturated air.
The smell of the two oils is wonderful, like a home fragrance, and not at all overpowering. I have one in my kitchen pantry, one in our living room, I love both scents. The essence makes a variety of scents, and the matching bottles offer a variety as well, so shop around if you’re looking for a particular scent. The smell of vanilla reminds me of baking cookies in my oven, a very sweet and relaxing smell.
The box is very elegant and so this would make a wonderful wedding gift, shower; for a birthday or even for Christmas. The black caps at the top and bottom of the box are made from 100% recycle paper towels, and the rest is also made from recycled material done (glass cap and glass bottle) done
I saw these online for as much as $26 each, or $55 for a set of two, so $20 at Costco was a real deal. At at I plan to donate again and plan to buy one or two. The Essence line is made by Olympia Mountain Products, and is made in the US.
