Rainbow Eyes: Nicki Minaj’s eyes are always colorful and vibrant. Maybe she wants to match her eyes and hair!
1. Take a black liquid eyeliner, close your eyes, and pull the outer lid tight to give yourself “cat eyes”. On your lid, draw a thick middle line from the inner corner to the outer corner.
