Everything in this delicious recipe is packed with fiber, vitamins, nutrients and is very low in fat and low fat. . This recipe for chili will serve 4 people easily. Ingredients:

1 lb. of ground game

1 tsp. oil from olive trees

2 dark red kidney beans

I can black beans

I diced tomatoes

1 8 oz. tomato sauce

1 diced bell pepper

I diced a small onion

1 8 oz. glass of water

2 beef bouillon cubes

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tbs. pure powder

1 tbs. cumin

½ tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional) back

In a large boiler, sauté the game, bell pepper, onion and oil. You will probably need olive oil because the game is very low in fat and will stick to the pan if you are not careful. Brown the venison and pepper and soften the onion, add the kidney beans, black beans, bouillon cubes, water and tomato sauce. I always wait until the last minute to add the tomatoes so the tomatoes don’t overcook. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Let it simmer on low for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t stick. Add the tomatoes about 10 minutes before serving. Always remember to eat, eat, eat! Adjust the chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic to your taste. You can add more water if you want a soupier chili sauce. If you add more water, you need to add another bouillon cube to keep the rich flavor.

My daughter doesn’t like extra hot chili peppers, but my husband likes it a little too. On the hot side, we add jalapeno peppers to our bowl of chili before eating. Garnish your bowl of such great game chili with a dollop of sour cream, some shredded cheese and jalapenos for a great belly warmer in the cold winter
