I recently tried a diet recommended by my doctor. These are my results, the second installment of a two-part series. For the Law of the Sacred Heart Diet and the plan I prepared for this seven-day eating plan, click here.
First, a review of the soup:
When I first tasted the soup, it was probably too hot for me to really taste it. When I first got a real bowl, I was very impressed. I added two packets of soup stock, as the recipe called for one. It was just fabulous! I will definitely be making this recipe again. Very yummy.
So let’s get down to business. Here is a summary of my seven days on the Sacred Heart Diet plan.
Day One of the Sacred Heart Weight Loss Plan:
I started the morning with a small bowl of soup and black coffee. Black coffee took a bit of getting used to I got used to, but I likened it to drinking dark beer. I worked hard. Later in the day, I had another black coffee. I also drank two bottles of working water and a glass of apple when I got home; and also two cups of black coffee.
During the day, when it is fruit day, I asked for three pieces of cantaloupe, a plum and a small grape. I’m pretty hungry by the time I get home. Soup with me for lunch too. I had a small bowl of soup for lunch and two slices of cantaloupe.
How I feel: It is strange. I felt myself more energetic. I did some arm weights and push-ups when I got home, and the dishes. Maybe I’m lazy about eating food.
Day Two of the Sacred Heart Weight Loss Plan:
At this writing, I am working and it is noon. I perish again. Today is vegetable day, and I have a big bag of broccoli, cherry tomatoes, snap peas and apples. I’ve been rich all day, although it’s a little hard to eat raw veggies without having farmed them. (Cattle is worst without dipping-sauces!) I had a small bowl of soup and black coffee. breakfast, but in the morning I will begin to think of a larger bowl of soup. I started the morning with a bottle of Tropicana Fruits Squeeze, the new flavored water. (I’m not technically sure if this is allowed.) I filled a bottle with water from twice the cooler.
At dinner, a bowl of cucumbers and cucumbers should be eaten. But the best part was the baked potato. I smothered it with butter, because it was permitted; This is certainly the case. Some apple juice too. At the end of the day I felt pretty good. After a year, my famines went away.
Day Three of the Sacred Heart Weight Loss Plan:
Today I realized that soup for the rest of the diet wouldn’t last long enough when two of us do it. . I counted enough from lunch, lunch, lunch and then made sure to remember to bring a list of things with me to work. I started the day with a bowl of soup and some fruit. I spread out the veggies throughout the day, like yesterday, and also drank plenty of water.
After 1:00, a strange thing happened to me – this consciousness became more attentive. that’s how I felt he was doing. I looked at the diet plan, and lo and behold, on the third day, you are supposed to feel more than usual. .
Returning home, I stopped and bought things again, as a balance. I realized that there was no way to know how much weight we would lose. Look, I have a real problem with the scales. Some people are both fixated on clothing in bulk and on my clothes fit better or I go down a size or two from where I am now than I am happy. But for the purpose of sharing this article, I feel that I need to shed more pounds to see if the 10-17 figure is realistic.
So I threw the batteries on my digital scale, went on it and found that I had lost four pounds since my last doctor visit. Today I lost three of five, so I’m even. For dinner tonight I had two balls of soup.
Day Four of the Sacred Heart Weight Loss Plan:
Today is the day I’ve been waiting for. For trucks! The first and third days there were fruits, but no trucks. I started the morning with black coffee, a banana, two glasses of skim milk and another banana. I had ice-cold, cold milk, and I hadn’t had it in four days, so I had another glass! I actually had energy this morning with just one cup of joe!
For lunch, I had two trucks. I couldn’t leave work for lunch, so my plan was to ditch my bottle of VERRO milk. So I dulled two ounces of water bottles. I have to present this evening, so I will have a late dinner of a bowl of soup and a banana. However, I plan to stop at that milk and maybe some monkeys food as some energy to present.
Well, I couldn’t stop the milk and banana, so later I had a dinner of soup and bananas around 8:00. I was very hungry when I got home. If I had taken more bananas, I would still be fine with milk.
Five Days of the Sacred Heart Weight Loss Plan:
First I’ll just say whether or not I lost 10-17 pounds on this diet is worth it because I’ve proven that I have the power. If this diet doesn’t work for me, I know for sure that I’ll survive the gumption to stab someone else on a new diet.
Today is the day of the hero and will be followed. I started the morning with a bowl of soup and two flat steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper and this McCormick burger with garlic and onion seasoning. It was delicious. I had the same for lunch, as my husband and I were both flooded home from work. cell I drank apple juice all day.
For dinner prepare a stew of ground beef and season with celery, salt and pepper. One thing that is not clear about this diet is that you can and cannot have condiments. Since the three I just mentioned are allowed in the soup, I figured they should also go with beef and tomatoes. First, I’m going to make hamburgers and top with slices of fresh tomatoes, but I think I’ll save that. breakfast tomorrow (Six days is also a beef day, but with every kind of veggie.)
Day Six of the Sacred Heart Weight Loss Plan:
Today was beef and veggie day. We started this morning with a handful of two hamburgers each, piled on a bed of lettuce and tomato. It seemed as good as it had tasted. Let me just tell you how good it is to taste some meat after four days of not having any! Hmmm Guess what we had as a side dish. Yep. In the developer
I really felt a lot stronger. I usually like to play on the weekends, but today I did a lot of cleaning. never do. (See the linked article.) I had a bowl of soup for lunch, and for dinner we had steak with tomatoes on the side. Thinly slice them with celery, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. They were yummy.
Seven Days of the Sacred Heart Weight Loss Plan:
I did it! Today is a light day. brown rice and veggies. I started with a soup lunch. For lunch we had rice and soup and the same for lunch. I drank apple juice all day.
RESULTS
So there is good news and bad news. The diet did not live up to the promised 10-17 pounds. But I did lose some weight so I’m not complaining. My weight seemed to fluctuate every day. I knew that it would drive me crazy and that’s why I hate having a scale.
MY DAMAGE? (Drumroll, I love it!)
Eight pounds. Not bad. My pants feel a little looser and that’s really what I wanted. The key here is to save it.
OTHER GOOD POINTS
— Increased energy – During the three days my energy level went up and I felt more mentally alert.
— Power – especially, I learned that I can go a week without fasting or without working on the machine.
–Cravings- I didn’t have those salt and sugar cravings
–More H20- I stopped when drink-water”>drink-water”>drinking 6-8 days I was at work. I didn’t drink as much water at home. But, at the time of the great realization of the work!
— More veggies and fruit in the common diet I don’t have a lot of new veggies and fruits
TACTIC POINTS
— On the days I didn’t take fruit or veggies snacks, or I forgot soup for lunch at home, I’m lost. In the diet, you can have as much food as you want, but if you remember to make it!
— The soup is good, but on Sunday I would like to thank myself for something else!
Avocates
I would recommend this diet to someone as an eating plan before you eat better, not as fast food. . I think that doing this for one week, without cheating, has taught me a lot about my own will (which I have) and how much better I feel eating better and having more water, which of course helps the soup. when I plan to make this soup every week and make a slimmed down version of the eating plan. As I said, this is good to clean the system, lose some initial pounds and adjust the body to saltier. of living.
Because I didn’t cheat, not once, I was disappointed at first that I didn’t lose 17 pounds. (I only trained two of the seven days, which could also say something).
But you know what? I can live with losing eight, because I gained a lot more.
